We are pleased to announce that Ventura Watch SA has recently acquired Preciluxe Europe GmbH;
at the same time, the name of the company was changed into Ventura GmbH.

"What belonged together is now together again". Complicated legal issues made the establishment of an
independent Preciluxe necessary; meanwhile, I was able to re-acquire and to consolidate the Ventura
rights into Ventura Watch SA Switzerland. With the integration of Ventura GmbH Würzburg, we finally
completed the last step to resurrect the original Ventura company structure.
